We have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee policy on all shipments. A FULL refund is processed for any shipment that adheres to our refund policy.
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion within 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a FULL refund according to the following terms. To obtain a FULL refund, your return must be postmarked within 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you.
To return a product for an exchange or FULL refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the billing department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department at email@example.com or calling 1-(866)-243-2223.
You will receive a response within 24 hours.
1) We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
2) Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
3) To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back.
4) Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Most customers see their refund within 3-5 days of our processing the refund. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued please contact our support department.
5) The product must be in the same condition that it was shipped to you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
Shipping and Insurance
The standard ground mail service is shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please contact customer support immediately of such error. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication.
